San Antonio Spurs recorded new win

Tony ParkerThe NBA leader San Antonio Spurs returned to winning ways after the success of 111:86 over Brooklyn. The team of Spurs broke a run of 11 consecutive victories that day after defeat of Detroit, but quickly recovered and recorded a convincing victory over Brooklyn. Over all was again Tony Parker, who was able to compensate for the injured Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili, achieving 29 points and 11 assists for San Antonio victory.
Los Angeles Clippers beat as a guest with the New York Knicks 102:88. Chris Paul scored 25 points in his second game after returning from injury, and reserve Jamal Crawford excel with 27 points for the Clippers success. Carmelo Anthony was again top scorer with 42 points for the Knicks, but in the last quarter scored only one basket after being neutralized by the logged-on as a substitute 40-year-old Grant Hill. Anthony cross the line of 40 points for the fifth time this season.
Boston beat Denver with 118:114 after three innings. Paul Pierce was marked by “triple-double” – 27 points, 14 rebounds and 14 assists and helped the seventh consecutive victory for the Celtics. Kevin Garnett scored 20 points and added 18 rebounds and reserve Jason Terry carried a season-record 26 points and Boston still unbeaten after Radzhon injured Rondo, who will not play again this season.
