Curry, who before the game had problems with ankle literally bear on its back and finished with 31 points, selling 22 of them in the third quarter of the game. The guard scored six threes on 11 attempts, and also make and 7 assists. Jarrett Jack was the second best scorer for the winners with 21 points and 9 assists, while Carl Landry joined with 17 points off the bench. Ty Lawson was marked by 26 points for Denver, while Andre Iguadala stuck with 19 and 8 rebounds.
The home coach Mark Jackson had written Carl Landry as a starting PF, but eventually began meeting Harrison Barnes and Landry came off the bench. Jackson does so for the third straight game, and then told the media that he was a little superstitious and continues to do so because it “works”.
